Malpua recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ cup all purpose flour
  • 5 tsp semolina
  • 2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 cup milk
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 2 cup sugar syrup
For garnish
  • Fennel seeds
  • Sugar syrup
  • Saffron

METHOD

  • Mix all purpose flour, semolina, fennel seeds and milk in a bowl to prepare a batter.
  • Next, deep fry the prepared batter.
  • Now, put it into the sugar syrup.
  • Garnish the prepared malpua with fennel seeds, sugar syrup and saffron.
  • Your Malpua is ready.
