INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup all purpose flour
- 5 tsp semolina
- 2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 cup milk
- Oil for deep frying
- 2 cup sugar syrup
For garnish
- Fennel seeds
- Sugar syrup
- Saffron
METHOD
- Mix all purpose flour, semolina, fennel seeds and milk in a bowl to prepare a batter.
- Next, deep fry the prepared batter.
- Now, put it into the sugar syrup.
- Garnish the prepared malpua with fennel seeds, sugar syrup and saffron.
- Your Malpua is ready.
