Disadvantages of Non Veg Food.

A vegetarian diet contains all the necessary proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals that the human body requires. So if you are comparing the two types of diets then a Vegetarian diet is healthier.

In fact too much of cholesterol or animal fat can cause several kinds of diseases including heart ailments. In fact after a certain age doctors advise their patients to refrain from non veg foods. However choosing a particular diet is completely an individual choice.

There are several factors that decide the food habits. For instance fishes are easily available in coastal areas. As a result it has become a staple diet for people residing in these areas. But as I said the choice lies with the individual and if taken in proper quantities both veg and non-veg foods can prove beneficial
